Hi all,
in BCM 6, in the IVR options of a profile, there was a possibility to be forwarded to 'colleague'. This is gone in 7, and I wonder, how I best can create a similar option in BCM7.
What we actually want is to give a caller the possibility to a) 'voice mail' or b) 'colleague' which forwards to a queue number maintained on the user. Right now we can solve this with 'personal forwarding number', but that doesn't seem very customer friendly.
So is there a possibility to extend the IVR options in a profile or alternatively, is it possible to replace the prompt 'personal forwarding number' with 'collegue'?
