Progress Analysis at Activity Level

Hi Everyone,

I am facng one issue in progress analysis.

I am using Quantity Proportional measurement method, Maintaining SKF Quantity and updating plan SKF plan and actual POC calculation.When calculation POC, BCWS and BCWP at WBS level, there is not issue, but when maintaining same measurement method at activity, I am not able to see POC plan and Actual POC at Network or WBS level. The following actions i just taken to see result.

1. Create Project structure and 2 activities.

2. Plan SKF and Post Actual SKF at activity level through SKF tab in CJ20N. ( Activity 1 plan SKF = 10 and Actual SKF = 5 )

2. Run CNE1 and CNE5,

I am not confirming activity and not maintaining SKF at WBS here.

I expected Plan POC = 100 and Actual POC = 50, Similar result i am able to see when maintaining SKF at WBS level.

Please suggest system behavior while calcuation of POC at Activity level.
