We are providing access to our SAP ERP system to our external partners via a Citrix environment in our extranet. One of our external partners would like to have access to our Qnote and PRT attachments that are stored in DMS vaults (the vaults are not part of knowledge provider system). Whenever the external partner tries to access a Qnote or PRT attachments, the partner gets a "FTP subcommand error". I am guessing that port 21 is blocked in our external Citrix environment and our IT security group confirmed it. Our security group is not too keen on opening port 21 for FTP transfers in the Citrix environment. Does anyone suggestions on how to workaround this limitation? Our security group may be open to routing the FTP traffic to another port but I am not familiar on how to configure the backend system and the SAPFTP client to use another port for FTP communication.
