SAP CRM Webclient UI in new headerless portal window(Standard Mode)

Hi

We have recently implemented notes to run SAP CRM 7.0 EP1 System in IE11 Standard Mode.

However when we Login from Portal, we get compatibility pop-up error.

We came across solution that the issue can be resolved if the CRM iview is opened with Setting  Launch new window in headerless Portal window(Standard mode).

This has solved our Problem with compatibilit pop-up issue but now the new window opens in a normal size window with a very small Input area with scrollbars.

Has anyone had same Problem before, and will Point us in the right direction to solve this issue.
