Forecast values are not transferred after MD70 is run

Good morning.

I am facing the following problem: I have material 555006302 in plant 1010, where forecast was run at 021.12.2015, and then the forecast values were transferred to demand management using MD70 transaction

Now, i run forecast for 1.1.2016

and then, i transfer the forecast values to demand management through MD70

The result of MD70 shows that everything went OK

But when i am checking MD04, the situation has not changed at all:

Any idea why this is happening? I would expect that VSF values would be updated...
