I am seeking an urgent assistance from you please here for the issue which we are facing for Global employees whilst accessing there UWL
There are some irrelevant work items sittingin Manager's UWL for approval which can not be tracked in PTARQ of employee and the moment manager clicks on the work item, system throws an error - It occurs even if relevant work items are pending for approval.
This error occurs for all managers - we checked by trying to access portal on IE and then mozila, issue remains the same.
500 Internal error
