I have a Jam tenant connected to C4C and I can use the work patterns, so I can see the opportunities, accounts, etc. I used the guide at https://service.sap.com/cloud4customer to do this.
Now, I'm trying the exact same configuration, using my Jam developer tenant. When creating the external application in Jam and adding new record types, the annotation for C4C always fails. I've made sure that the account in the developer tenant - the email id, is matched to an email ID for business user in C4C.
Is there a limitation with the developer tenant? I'm wondering more if it should work or not? Maybe the SFSF foundation is required and I guess the developer tenant doesn't have this so maybe the integration to C4C, as done in the normal guides, won't work?
