GL balance transfer

Please let me know which T code is used transfer of balance of one GL accounts to another GL accounts.

Also in case when we uncheck of check box for open item management it shows that 'Account balance is zero...but account contains line items and data cannot be saved'....How can we change the error message?

What are the steps that can be done to uncheck the box....
