strdbsj2ee.cmd hangs with SQL Server

Hi Experts,

We implemented some security baseline for our SQL server, as part of this the DB port is changed and after the change we made the necessary changes on SAP end(ENV for sidadm user, prolife changes ), we implemented similar change on some other systems... but we don't have any issues...

But for 1 server while we start sap it is hanging at strdsj2ee.cmd. I doubt if the DB stopped without stopping SAP at the first point, any pointer on this will be greatly helpful.

FYI we tried updating the kernel and still the issue exists.

I already check this SAP NOTE 2137130 which is talking about this issue but more on HIGH AVAILABILITY cluster.

OS - Windows server

DB - SQL server 2008 R2
