I have a strange problem. We found soome older PM orders (of 2014) which have still balances and can not be settled. When we esecute KO88 it brings the error GLT2201 "Balancing field "Profit Center" in line item 001 not filled".
I have a similar order, with the same order type, same settlement rule, same cost center as receiver, same account for cost booking - which could have been settled. BUt the other one can not...!? What can be the reason for that?
I checked the cost center, which has Profit Center. I checked field status of account... and document splitting settings of account and document type.
Do you have any idea what might be the reason for that? I read in some threads about this topic that you need to check the document splitting settings of the settlement rule... where can I do that?
Can it be a reason that the original cost booking was done in 2014 ...? But why should this be a problem?
