Hi, experts.
I am facing the following issue:
when searching for service requests through IT Service Managenent -> Service Requests, it is possible to set the time frame as the search criteria.
When doing it through worklist, however, this search criteria is not available and it is not possible to add it through customizing.
Is there an other way of doing it that may be requires some coding? And is there a way to set a default value to it?
