Crystal Report 2008 runtime performance differences between enviroments

I have multiple environments where we use the 2008 runtime (Service Pack 7- Fix Pack 2) to run crystal reports through a ASP.NET application.  Our QA web server for some reason has the best performance out of all of the other web servers, and we've been trying to pinpoint exactly what makes it faster than the other boxes that have more powerful hardware and memory.

To do this, I downloaded the Modules.zip program that I saw linked a couple of times through out this forum and used it on our two environments for comparison sake.  I noticed that on the good performing QA box, these two .DLLs are loaded into memory when a report is ran (crtslv.dll and datadefmodel_res_en.dll) but not on the other poor performance boxes.  We also had other odd issues such as not being able to run crystal reports that uses an ORACLE stored procedure unless we created a public synonym to those stored procedures on the poor performing web servers.  Our QA environment however, can run them just find without the synonyms.  I think this is all due to the datadefmodel_res_en.dll not being loaded up and being used on the poor performing web servers.

Is there a way to force that or correct this issue?  Are there other troubleshooting steps I should be taking to try to pin point other potential causes?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
