Is there anything an Agent rule or stages in case of first level manager doesn't approve within 24h the escalation would route the access request to the another higher rank (Second level) manager ?
My first level manager information would come from the LDAP.
I can find the alternate role approver and route the request in case the first role owner doesn't approve the request in 24h.
