we are an organisation where a lot of external procurement is done.For now the process of creating pr is manual for which the quantity of material is also calculated manually.
we want to automate this process.
formula used for calculation of required quantity is as follows :
required quantity = annual consumption (for next year) + interim period (requirement till the start of next year) + safety stock
- current stock - undelivered quantity in POs - quantity in pending PR
pls guide me on which fields to use in Material master to specify annual consumption and interim period requirement and what type of planning to use to automatically generate the PR for a material on a specific date of the year.
