Help with Restrict data to 2 comparative Year Period only

I create a report using the Enter Report Date Object in Universe because I want to pull Current Month measure and Prior Month measure. However, its pulling out all previous years data to 2011 where data starts. So if user enters Dec 2015, I see all periods data from Jan 2011 to user date.

QUESTION is:My table has the following 4 fields; Calendar period, Company, Current Month Measure, Prior Month Measure.  If user select Dec 2015, How do I restrict data to only 2 comparative years? Right now it pulls all data from the system. I need just 2 years based on users select date - Is this possible? All help really appreciated.
