Dear Experts,
We are implementing the scenario where the document flow is as the followings:
CRM Opportunity -> ERP Quotation -> ERP Sales Order
We have already maintained the required configuration that we can already create ERP Quotation and ERP Sales Order (created without reference) in CRM.
However, I always find problem whenever I want to follow up ERP Quotation into ERP Sales Order, when I want to select the line items to copy, there is always red dot showing error, but there is no information at all.
In ECC, I tried opening the same Quotation document number and created Sales Order from it, it successfully worked without any error.
Can anyone please provide me some hints?
