Hi All
I have a requirement where to upload the Sales Price List and Customer Specific Price List into ByD using a excel based mass upload functionality. We proposed to use the std. DMT's for doing this as there is no custom field mapping involved.
But the proposal is rejected and client is very specific of having an dedicated interface to see the price list created/updated values and some other info. Along with this he also wants to use the Fileinput functionality for doing this.
Now my questions are here below
1. What is the Business Object used for maintaining these two price lists (Hoping it should be Sales Price List).
2. How to differentiate the Price list (Sales and Customer Specific) records in the same BO. If any Type Code is availabel shud be helpful.
3. Sales Price List is the master BO and no PSM write enabled for using the File Input functionality to wirte back the values using SDK.
4. I also see there is a Std. WS available in the ByD for creating/updating the values. I would like to know is this WS call included multiple node creation with it from SDK if in case wanted to create/update the pricelist.
Please help in gettiing this done and ways to be followed.
