Complaints extractor 0crm_complaints_i is not fetching some line items

Hi Experts,

I am using DS 0crm_complaints_i to load complaints related data. i am not getting data properly for only ZIHO types in RSA3.

For ex: If 7000000001 has 5 items, 3 items are coming in rsa3. rest 2 items are coming in SO item DS.

I request your valuable inputs on how to bring all items in same extractor for a transaction? or is there any alternate solution? Kindly suggest.
