Fiori PR Approval App could not able to get approval details

Hello Team,

We deploy a Fiori Standard app for PR Approval. Now When First level Approval approved PR and Put Some Comment the second Approval can see that comment in text but he could not able to see the approval name and details.

Approval Name is missing only i got approval comments. How can we get the approval name .
