Dear All,
I have an issue when I create a Sales order in either of the following roles:
- Loyalty professional (LOY_PRO)
- Loyalty professional IC agent (IC_LOY_AGENT)
After I enter all the data and the order is free of errors when I click Save, it does not save and there are no errors. I checked SLG1 and ST22 and there are no errors.
The only way I can save the order is to press back and click yes in the confirm pop up box in the professional role or press end in the IC agent role.
Is there any way to make the sales button work?
