Dynamic Action on IT41 Copy date

Hi

We have a small change on our Rehire Action (CX) for Molga 08.  When the employee is rehired, we need Original Hire Date (K1) and Sedrvice date (K2) to copy from the previous record.  The other three dates (K3, K4, K5) will write the begda of the new record being written (rehire date).

The K1 and K2 date are not copying correctly, they are pulling in the begda of this new record.  Any help would be appreciated.
