Work Permit at Operation level

Hi,

I have gone through different scn threads on this topic and still not that clear.

When assigning permits to order, its easily done through  Goto/Permits menu. Here only one permit of same type can be assigned i.e if Cold permit  assigned then one more Cold Permit cannot be assigned. This was our initial requirement.

Thus was looking into the Operation level Permits, so that Cold permit assigned to Operation 1, one more Cold Permit to Operation 2 and so on.

I was wondering if any one has implemented WCM and how exactly after implementing WCM, we can assign the permits i.e what button or icon appears where we select the Permits
