Enabling ERP customer factsheet in C4C

Hi experts,

We are integrating ECC system with C4C and we need to enable erp customer factsheet. Kindly provide information on the following :

1) What is communication arrangement that we need to maintain and are there any configuration settings that need to be done on the erp side.

2) Where can we find the configuration settings for C4C.

3) Configuration settings for middleware(HCI/PI) and,

4) Configuration settings for ECC.
