what are the Steps we need to include while creation Process chain for Data Archiving Process(DAP) using SAP NLS(Near Line Storage)

I am planning to do DAP(Data Archiving Process) Using SAP Near Line Storage through process chains but i do not know what are the processes i need to include in process chain while creation.

Like Start Variant---->?-----?-----?.....And so on.

Please help me.
