Error when uploading SAPUI5 app Object is already locked in request of user

Hi experts,

I am getting the following error when uploading a sapui5app through report /UI5/UI5_REPOSITORY_LOAD.

Several files are getting the error:

"Object LIMU WAPP /SIE/HREINFO                  .CLASSPATH is already locked in request HCXK900130 of user Z00309UC *"

I am uploading project folder that I previously downloaded and now upload a Z custom app.

Do you know how to solve this issue?
