Infotype 7410-Career Type maintenance using PP03 on a job

Hello,

My client wants to maintain Career Type and Level on the job using PP03 for a job.  (They aren't implementing Talent Mgmt, just this small requirement of having Career Type/Level on a job)  They don't want to use HRTMC_PPOM because this transaction doesn't force the end user to complete all of the tabs.  Therefore, it's very easy to miss entering required data.  PP03 has the ability to force users to complete all of the data.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
