Bottom padding in section

Hello ,

System - webi 4.1 sp 5 .

I am facing very peculiar issue with respect to formatting. I checked in forum, however it doesnt address my query.

I created 5 interlinked section as below

section 2

  section 3

    section 4

      section 5

in all section, I ensured minimun height, top padding, bottom padding, minimum offset  to 0. still I could see the bottom up padding in section view

I checked the same in the structure, however not able to adjust.

Appreciate expert advise on this

Structure of report as follows
