Functionality Questions about SAP C4C

Could you please help me with these two questions ?

Is there in C4C any functionality for route optimization visits?, we require build optimal routes per day for visits of our salesrep with customers, based on certain parameters such as frequency of visits, duration, and geolocation of the customer, ...is this possible  in standard C4C functionality or any additional software is required?

Is there in C4C any functionality to restrict the check-in at the begining of a customer visit if you are not within a certain tolerance of closeness with your GPS location information registered in your master data?
