Interaction data for phone

I am attempting to load interaction data for ORIGIN_ID = PHONE. The system I am using has successfully loaded other interaction data in the past. In this case no matter what values I put in ID I get the records rejected with an invalid value in ID.

Can someone advise me what validation rules exists for ID when ORIGIN_ID = PHONE? How do I change these or how do I load phone call data as interactions?
