How i prepare questionnaires in sap ps for core team members (CTMs)
on topics like on structuring, planning, budgeting, release of project, progress analysis, project execution, result analysis, settlement and closing, Status, Fields and DMS
ours is EPC project we are having procurement and service activities. they will procure the materials from vendor and erect in client location and do commissioning.
they are having Supply/erection billing breakup how i can map it in sap-ps
they will prepare schedule based on contractual end date i.e backword schedulling
so how i can structure the project
what are the questions to be asked at integration points.
and also please send me any business process flow diagrams of EPC project.
Please guide me i am new to sap
