Question on Crystal Reports 2016 and TLS 1.1 with Salesforce.com

We currently have Crystal Reports 2013 installed on our Salesforce Sandbox and Production instances. Unfortunately the contractor that purchased the application is no longer with our company and they did not leave behind any information on the credentials to administer the application.

So, when Salesforce implemented to TLS 1.1 encryption in their sandboxes a few weeks ago, we lost the connectivity between Crystal and SF. We have researched and know we need to install 2013 Service Pack 7 Patch 3. Here is the wrinkle:

1. We cannot find any credentials to administer our current installation. All searches for service Pack 7 do not yield a Patch 3. We have tried to click some URL's to get to a location with the patch (we think) but it requires credentials. Additionally SAP will not help me because I do not have a maintenance agreement. I am out of luck because I do not have order number, proof of purchase or credentials. Does anyone know how we can access SP 7 Patch 3 in a publicly available place?

2. If the answer to 1 is No - As a fallback solution, could I buy an upgrade version of 2016 or would that require my license info from my current installation? Does 2016 contain the TLS compatibility?

3. Finally, in our research we think we discovered that Service Pack 8 (which we can locate) does NOT contain the fix for the TLS issue with Salesforce. Is this correct?

Those are all of the questions I can think of now. I am open to any suggestions. I have even tried to spend money with SAP to resolve but they seem unwilling/unable to help me.
