QM Inspection Operation FactSheet / Search Model

Hi Experts,

I am in the process of activating the Factsheets applications for QM, the Inspection Lot application is working well - however the Inspection Operations is not returning any results.

I have checked the Odata Model Data Provider class (CL_INSPECTION_OPERAT_MP)  and can see it is using the following search provider 'SAPAPPLH~STANDARD~INSPECTION_OPERAT_H~'

When I inspect this search model (after running the index) I noticed that it did not return any results, when looking at the model definition I can see that it has table QAOPERATION as the root node:

This does not have any entries and which explains why no search results are found:

I would expect fact sheet search model to index QM Inspection Lot Operations:

Any recommendations on how to get this to "work"?
