Unable to add entries in Opentext VIM COA

Hi Friends,

I am using /OPT/VIM_7CX1  to upload new user entries and I am getting a dump error or sometimes I get the message duplicate entries found even if the entry is a new one and changes cannot be saved.Please help me to resolve this issue.
