PR Released but status not updated.

Hi,

We have PR with two level approval,

It was released by first approver and then  when second approver  updates desired vendor in PR , Saves  & releases  PR.

But system shows status  as Blocked   in PR as see in  Image 1

but  if see item changes  there processing status is set to  5. release completed.

Now i am not able release PR again with first/Second approver/  nor proceed with PO creaton.

please help.
