End of Support dates for HP Loadrunner

HP has published a new HP Software Release & Support policy that applies to the latest generally available release of products as of June 1, 2012 and to all future releases of HP Software products listed here.

The new policy can be summarized in these three points:

• Committed Support: Most generally available releases of products will be fully supported for four (4) years ("Committed Support"). Certain desktop and incubation products will be subject to a three (3) year Committed support life. The list of products covered under the new policy along with their Committed Support periods is available here;
• Extended Support: You can choose to extend the support life of a deployed product version for up to two (2) years beyond its "Committed Support" life. Extended Support may be purchased at the time of contract renewal. The level of support, available during the Extended Support period, is defined in the Foundation Support Datasheet;
• Discontinuation: If HP discontinues a product, and no successor product is commercially available under Support, HP will provide full support for five (5) years from the product's last generally available release date.
