We appreciate if someone provide information to solve below issue.
While HR - Posting (Live) to Finance below Error is appearing.
Scenario:
- An Employee got paid Rs. 6040 as net pay for April – 2015
- After that noticed, he was not presented in Whole April period.
- So to recover this April salary from Employee, maintained LOP (Loss of Pay) for April period (01.04.2015 to 30.04.2015)
- And also the employee absence for next continues months (May & June -2015), so maintained Loss of pay till end of June.
- Now, while Running Payroll for May & June period system provide negative net pay i.e Rs. -6040.
- It’s due to As Employee is in loss of pay in May & June periods, he gets Zero earnings for May & June, and recovery of April month net pay Rs. 6040 will appear as negative until he gets earnings to the extents of Rs.6040.
- So to adjust this, Business Received cash Rs.6040 from employee and Maintained in Infotype 15 at Wage type (Claim Adjustment) as earning payment.
- And the earning wage type and carryforward recover Wage type nullified in payroll log.
- But in Posting process (Live), system not generated document and also showing below screen error.
Kindly provide information to solve above said issue.
