Select Single Radio Button in each row of Table

Hi Experts,

I have to display table where in two columns are of radio button and one should able to select either of one from each row. I have mapped table using template with Odata in controller as below.

And due to above code we are able to select only one radio button out of 3 rows as below

but my requirement is to select only one radio button in each row as below
