Microsoft .net framework 4.5 is not installed

HI EXPERIMENT,

Currently I'm using windows 10 OS. When I am opening an application named NWBC logon GUI related to SAP, I'm getting the error "Microsoft .net framework 4.5 is not installed". Actually this application will work with the help of Microsoft .net framework 4.5.
