Hi,
If everybody (developpment, data architect, dba etc) follow the workflow for a modification of something in a PDM in PD, the version (PDM) in the repository will allways match the bd on the server (according with the branch of test, preprod, prod etc).
But if I want to make sure, once in a wide, for quality control to "test" that fact, I know that I can reverse the BD from the server and do some compare to the branch of that model in the repository. It can happen: someone somewhere decide to make change directly in the BD () on the server or a step of the workflow is not done ....
Is there a better way or with less manipulation to achieve that quality control within PD ?
A DBA told me, that on his side, he have some tools to make those comparaison between what PD generate and if the BD is in synchro with it not only after implementation of a change but any time after.
I will have some more talk with the dba but if someone have other idea how to achieve that goal, it will be welcome.
Thank
Bernard
