External Pricing Issue with Cloud for Customer

Hi Experts,

Need your inputs on an issue we are facing with Pricing in C4C. We have configured the opportunity pricing to simulate the ECC order pricing but system is giving HTTP 500 errors while requesting it from C4C.

We have done all required settings and configuration from C4C and PI side but error is still same.
