Differences between Canadian and UK localization?

Hi Guys,

We have a customer in Canada who need to create a company in UK. We are not familiar with the UK localization and would like to know what are the differences between the Canadian and UK localization  in B1 9.1. I can see the taxation are different but I would like to have access to a complete list of differences between the localizations.
